The Glasshouse, as the name implies is a beautiful villa with an infinity view of the Knuckles Mountain range and Victoria Dam in Sri Lanka. Post COVID, the villa was challenged by a fall in bookings and was looking for a communications solution to drive up bookings and revenue. My offering was a comprehensive online communication funnel including a booking-optimized landing page, SEO optimizations, offsite enhancements through listings on third-party booking sites and a well-targeted PPC campaign. Within the first month of launching the campaign, the booking rate increased by 300% and the villa has enjoyed above 90% occupancy throughout the high seasons and above 60% throughout the off seasons.
